I don't recommend this lawyer, never, ever. She tried to force me to send a letter reducing my support when we agreed in person not to reduce anything at all. I had to stop her services, look for another lawyer who disapproved of the work done by Mrs. Baesley. The another lawyer had to redo everything. After the DRO the payor could not reduced the support because his lawyer doesn't send the income information with sufficient support.Outside there are much better lawyers at a lower cost, because she charges a lot of for her services.

Send you ex to this incompetent idiot . joanne doesn’t have a clue , practicing law is right , she needs to keep practicing, she was so useless, I actually felt bad for my ex wife . It was pure entertainment listening to her verbal diarrhea. I offered my ex a great deal , Weasley said she could get her way more ,WRONG! My ex spent thousands to come up so short . Thank you joanne for being so incompetent.

Be careful using this law firm, I’m dealing with the consequences of having Joanne draft my separation agreement… such as having my spouse claim 2 kids when I can only claim 1 for taxes. (We have three), I have reviewed my friends separation agreements and they are significantly better both in content and wording. Such as the example I just gave other lawyers had the kids alternate every tax year so that no one spouse gets to claim 2/3 kids every tax year. It blows my mind that I paid her to do this and she put numerous advantages to my ex instead of looking after my best interests like I paid her to do. Gave two stars as it was cost effective. You get what you pay for though so buyer beware. She does get her secretary to do lots of the work so that saves you tons of money but may not be worth it in the long run.

Very disappointed! I went to this lady's office to talk to her she charged me $280 to have her tell me useless information and to make me nut picker. Felt very uncomfortable with this girl did not trust her with my case I mean the way she treats her employees is the way she treats her clients. I was disgusted before even going in to meet her treating her receptionist like a servant. I do not recommend please look around for another lawyer
