I wouldn’t recommend neither of these attorneys. Mr French and Mr Betker are both liars. They will tell you what you want to hear just to get your money. I was promised reimbursement of attorney fees which was more than the amount that I was suing Midas muffler for. Unfortunately, now they refuse to accept responsibility for their fraudulent actions. I trusted these attorneys and now I regret that I gave them my trust. Because now they are denying that they promised me attorney fee reimbursement because they didn’t put their lie in writing. They don’t deserve any rating because they are liars. So don’t trust them, and make sure that they put all of their promises in writing before you give them your money. I never imagined that attorneys would lie to the consumer just to get their money. Beware of these fraudsters.

Attorney Durkin was recommended to me after having original attorney not communicate or show up for hearing and thankfully was given postponement to find another. She not only wrote a letter psi to the Judge advocating on my behalf, but her staff also followed up with me on the progress of my case on a regular basis. Attorney Durkin is a man who comes across as stoic, pragmatic person, but do not mistake this as a lack of interest. He cares about his clients and was always willing to meet with me. In this respect, I believe he went above and beyond his responsibilities as my attorney and treated me with dignity and respect in every interaction. When my court date arrived, Attorney Durkin showed a quiet confidence and deftly won my case. I can’t recommend a better attorney to represent your Social Security claim.
