This law firm has a great reputation regarding HOA situations. On their website they state "contact us" which I emailed my request regarding an HOA situation NEVER heard from them. If they couldn't or wouldn't help me a polite response would be in order.

Well appointed offices. The staff friendly and professional. I was there for a certification condo board class. This is my second year as a board member. I had no clue about what to expect last year when I attended the required class. Yet somehow I knew I didn't want to go back to the same place. I am sorry I didn't know about Becker and Poliakoff. What a difference. Even before we got started you felt welcomed. An abundance of refreshments were offered and a video was running with questions and answers on some basic and not so basic questions. The room which could accommodate 60 was bright with comfortable chairs around a modern conference table which had an information packet placed at each seat with pad and pencil. Ken was the director of the class. He made everyone feel comfortable and encouraged us to think and be part of and ask questions during (not at the end). I learned a lot. Would definitely go to other classes they offer and highly recommend them. If I were able to persuade the condo board to switch law firms Becker and Poliakoff would be it.

Our experience with Becker & Poliakoff exceeded all of our expectations. The professionalism we received from the real estate department made our first time home buying experience such a smooth process. Scott Marcus, Evan Rosenberg, and Marialuisa were our dream team. We were provided with updates each step of the way, and they seamlessly organized our closing and all of the moving pieces. We would not hesitate recommending them to our closest friends and family.

Knowledgeable, professional, responsive and efficient. Good lawyers are hard to find. BP has helped me immensely and I recommend them. If you have an issue related to condominium matters or governance I would suggest contacting Ms Joy Mattingly or Major Howard Perl (former Jag officer); both are Board certified. I have had positive dealings with both.

They literally don’t respond to emails, phone calls, etc. We have been in an ongoing issue for over 2 years because they won’t get their act together and are dragging everything out for as long as they can. They are clearly money grabbers and don’t want to resolve anything, just line their pockets. Find another firm, quick!!!
