Poor service and poor management in conversation as a possible new client. Personal experience myself!

I am still waiting for my case to be settled however I have to say that these people are extremely professional. I am happy that they will actually go ahead and guide me through every step that they are taking with my case. I would have to say that they are a lot better than the TV lawyers that you see that asked if you want a quick check and set you up for expectations to fail. I am looking forward to the conclusion of my case and hopefully if I ever run into anybody who may need a lawyer I would be more than happy to refer them to this law firm.
