We have been with this firm for over two years. I guess you could say we are glutens for punishment but have had no luck finding other counsel. We began our child custody case with Sara Mills and then she quit and Sara Beezley took over the case and all of the workload. She should not be taking any other cases because she can’t handle the workload she has which leads to all the things you see in the other reviews. Poor communication, not being accessible for counsel, not getting questions and emails answered in a timely manner or at all, not getting paperwork filed correctly nor in a timely manner and not returning calls. This firm is very frustrating and very unprofessional and has made the already stressful custody battle even more stressful. I would steer clear if at all possible.

In August of 2022, I reached out to Sarah Mills, to handle a child custody case. Very responsive at first. I paid the retainer and filled out the paperwork and awaited progress. A month, or so went by and still nothing. The other party, completely moved out of the city. The legal issue has never made it to court. I was emailed a document and the document had many errors. I emailed corrections back, then never heard anything again. I requested, for my retainer to be returned, via email weeks ago, due to lack of progress on my case. Still have had no response and have called the office a few times and no answer and the voicemail was full. I would not recommend. I am out a couple of thousand dollars, with absolutely nothing to show, for it.

They took our case and got us 50/50 custody and then turned around and took a case for my husband's ex that we just got the 50/50 custody If that don't scream conflict of interest I don't know what does

She never had time to talk, answer any questions or help in any way. It would take her weeks to answer emails or phone calls. The only time she would talk was if we had a court date set and only then because I would call so often. She did not know anything about my case and would make things up at court. Would not recommend her to anyone.

I had an excellent experience with Sarah Mills. She responded to every email or text. She is very polite, knowledgeable, and didn’t waste my time. She handled my child custody case without any issues! I would highly recommend her, and I’m very thankful for her!
