Quick and easy update of our trust. When all was complete, we even received a refund check with our finished documents. Melissa was very helpful in organizing and updating our files.

This is my second time being an executor for an estate and I was not impressed. My first attorney passed away and so I could not use him again, so I tried this law firm. They got the job done, but communication was not great. I met with the actual attorney one time, he seemed fine. The rest of the time I worked with the legal assistants. If I called to ask a question, I was cut off, talked over, and met with some attitude for having questions. If you have a remaining balance in your account when things are complete, you need to email and request those funds back (which is never communicated, I had to email to ask where those funds are). They could have done a better job explaining their steps for this process and they could have been better at communicating overall. Especially considering anyone going through probate for an estate is also likely grieving, clear and kind communication would be appreciated.

This was the most painless and pleasant association we have ever had with a law firm! They were pleasant, efficient, and responsive and were able clearly explain what was being done and answered all our questions! All in all it was a pleasant experience! Nice people!
