Johnny Bell is the epitome of a dirty lawyer. He is unethjcal, dishonest, and a flat out criminal. My father, Michael Logsdon, died by homicide in July of 2022 after being slowly asphyxiated for over five hours as he lay paralyzed and helpless, essentially being tortured to death. My dad’s assets were sizable and he was planning on finalizing a trust fund the following Monday that was seemingly interpreted as some sort of coup for the assets to be taken over, and not the provision of financial security as was the intent of the trust fund. Johnny, before he was fired by the two who stand accused of my dad’s murder, stole a key piece of evidence from custody. He tampered with it. He then returned it. Johnny also tampered with another key piece of evidence. It is probably upon this reading that Johnny is finding out that the authorities have been aware of these extremely serious crimes that he committed pretty much as soon as he committed them. He’s not very good at covering his tracks, unfortunately for him. There are many reasons to suspect that Johnny has become illegally involved in my dad’s case presently as an act of retaliation against me for going public with his illegal behavior. I filed a criminal complaint against Johnny on Monday for all the above and there were more crimes in addition to the ones mentioned above. He has made false allegations and abused his position as an officer of the court. He has also engaged in conspiratorial activity with the former attorneys for the estate in a failed attempt to steal my dad’s entire estate. Unfortunately, the attempt was not a complete failure. At this point, it’s looking like over a million dollars has been misappropriated with the assistance of my dad’s former financial advisor and what is increasingly looking like successfully blackmailed with information kept from me by two equally unethical attorneys, Brian Lowder and Matt Mcgill of Bowling Green have been submitted to the FBI on the suspicion of money laundering, fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, among other crimes. There is more than enough evidence to support every allegation made and there are witnesses lined up (I know of at least 3) who are set to offer testimony in the matter. I am not one of them. Many individuals know all about Johnny Bell and what he has done in regards to absolutely doing everything he could to cheat and lie and steal and then turn around and start all over again. The expectation of my dad’s loved ones is for every crime committed against my dad in which there is ample and abundant evidence of to be prosecuted as such, and Johnny Bell is certainly no exception to that. For any prosecutor to ignore the crimes Johnny Bell has committed is no less than prosecutorial misconduct and I absolutely plan on handling that accordingly if circumstances require any action on my part with the support of many individuals as well as representatives from various applicable agencies. The federal government takes fraud extremely seriously. The state Attorney General’s office does too. And Johnny has been turned in to both, right along with his new buddies. All three of them. And let me tell you…it is not looking good for any of them and it’s not looking good for a few of their staff members either. In other words, they are caught. Dead to right. 6 people in 3 offices are right in the middle of it. A word of advice, don’t ever alter fraudulently alter legal documents for your boss. You will get into trouble yourself. The truth is what it is, and there is so much evidence, there’s no room to not pursue with due diligence an indictment on Johnny Bell for a bunch of very serious crimes he committed against a dead man who was murdered out of greed. Very relaxing atmosphere they're extremely helpful and knowledgeable organized and I feel that Mr Bell is money well spent he represents my fiance very well his secretary is on top of things and does a good job at getting back with you and keeping you informed

Johnny Bell, he sure does shine if your case is taken to trial. Thats almost a guarantee win if that happens.
