Gary Bell was very instrumental in providing me with detailed information that was beneficial for what I was looking for. I value ethics and this law firm made me feel heard. Gary took time to not just meet with me but had me send over my concerns and he spent time going over my information before the consultation so that he was able to be very specific to me and my concerns and spoke in a way that made sense and not just ‘legal speak’. Deep regret doing business here. Maybe having Mr Bell or Mr Pollock as an attorney would have been a beneficial experience and outcome. I had the firms female attorney, DM, and it was a miserable experience. I had to pursue her persistently about my case and I felt shuffled to the bottom of her stack up to the nth hour to where she then began pushing me the last handful of weeks after 3 years waiting for her attention and time. In the end and reflecting back, she seemed more of a insurance administrator than the legal representation I hoped for who would battle for the best from injuries a significant rear end collision caused me which changed my life significantly for two years. She didn’t put up a fight for me as I expected. Good luck to you all..
