Great firm. They worked hard to get me my best result. I recommend this firm to all my family and friends.

Their keeping you up to date on your closing process could be better, but overall things were ok.

I decided not to use this lawfirm after they were delivered an executed contract and it took them two days to respond with an agreememt to service me the client.. mind you, I called after 24 hours to get answers and move things along only to be forwarded to someone's voicemail. I'll take my busines to where customer service is more responsive and efficient. Thank you.

I called, talked to their receptionist on Monday the 30th and stated my purpose for calling and was transferred to a woman’s voicemail where I left a voicemail requesting a return call to schedule an appointment to draft a Will. It has been 3 days with no return call. Either they no longer need new business or don’t feel it necessary to return calls in a timely manner. I called another firm and was scheduled in one phone call. I prefer a law firm that has a timely response to client’s calls.

My family was involved with this law firm because of their client. There were closing delays and payment via wire was not an option. They sent a check via FEDEX standard next day delivery on a Friday without signature required. The check delivered on a Monday and it was cancelled without confirming that it was received causing further delay as they resent another check via the same shipping method. We were not aware of the cancellation until the 2nd check showed up causing wasted trips to the bank to handle the current and prior deposit. Yes, the cancelled check had already been deposited. Procrastination at it finest because the cost to stop payment could have just been applied to the wire transfer in the first place.
