Ben Baker is a crook. He sold my documents to the opposing lawyer, who is one of his major clients, stole $3,000 from me and my wife under false charges for meetings with us that never happened, failed to defend me, and tried to defraud me of additional money. He misrepresented his quilifications. He is actually a mediator for other lawyers. Any favorable comments about him are most likely friends and relatives trying to build up his reputation. Most lawyers in Grayson and Fannin County know he is a fraud, when asked.
