I would not recommend this facility to anyone dealing with personal injury cases. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I was hit from behind off the expressway 4 years ago. I was paired with the associate Zaid Alsaraf and although a nice man , he did a poor job with advocating for me during arbitration and just communicating with me overall. Once I signed the "Power of Attorney" letter for Benjamin & Shapiro, Ltd., Attorneys at Law to receive the SMALL amount that was won, Zaid stopped returning my phone calls. Turns out , the money that was "won" and a loan took the entire amount which means I receive no money at all - despite me being the person who was severely injured with having to get surgery years later due to never fully recovering. This was not information that was willingly provided to me. I had to continuously call and request a call back from Zaid with little to no information. Zaid is a really nice guy , however if you are seeking for an Attorney to FIGHT HARD when you know that you were not at fault, the attorney's at this office may not provide the fight you are looking for. I would have rather represented myself .

I would not recommend them. Nobody ever returns your phone calls. Then they cancel your case and leave ya hangin!! No good

My experience with Benjamin and Shapiro LLC. Has been a great one. The staff is amazing and this is the number I call first for any legal matters. They are very honest and trustworthy my name is Juan Palacios I have nothing but the upmost respect and confidence in Benjamin and Shapiro please experience what I have and get the results you deserve.

I highly recommend Benjamin and Shapiro LTD. It was a pleasure to work with Attorney Nick Nepstil and Sandy, They were always professional, sensitive to my situation and handled my case from start to finish in excellence. This was a real life situation where my injury changed my life but this team worked with the compassion and the highest law knowledge and skill set it took to make sure I received the proper settlement for my case.

I should have looked at the reviews prior to allowing them to waste our precious time on a very serious matter. Very inept law firm. One year of wasted time. Any knowledgeable Attorney knows Statute of limitations for a case is 24 months from time of incident. Well thank you so much for being a waste of our time. The client died and still crickets!!! I would not recommend this Law Firm not even for a car accident! PS The older lady at the front desk is a RUDE BEAST.. If that's what they hired on the front Line Wow!! Stay away 4 thumbs down!
