Very poor customer service. I had a phone consultation scheduled, but never heard from the firm. I ended up calling then 40 minutes later and the receptionist was "Oh it doesn't look like he will be able to reach out today, seams like he overbooked himself." One would think that a serious and respectful law firm would, at least, have the courtesy of calling to let their client know about it or try to reschedule. Hard to trust this business with your legal matters.

Contacted this firm to speak about employment law and violence in the work place. After the person seemed eager to hear me out, I got a huge sense of not really paying attention and by the end of the phone conversation iiknew she was not paying attention. They went from "I want to get this over to our lawyers as soon as possible." To I know our lawyers have really big case loads so idk if we will be able to take you on" after an emotional conversation I received a very bogus email giving me some half assed advise about seeking a type of lawyer that had nothing to do with what we had discussed. Was a bunch of excuses and bad information one right after another. Highly recommend seeking another firm for your legal representation.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! You can only leave messages and I've done so for over a month act like your a lawyer and tell us you can't accept more cases instead if ignoring your callers and messages

Notary was EXTREMELY helpful. I had an emergency situation and my family had used this firm. I called them up and they were able to help me right away. I'm so happy they remembered my family and so willing to help me. Made a difficult situation easy.
