They are running a $25 scam. I called asking for an attorney to represent me in a real estate sale. I was told to make an appointment and I would have to pay $25 for a half hour consultation. I went and paid it and met with Elizabeth Weekes. She told me I had to get a written offer and send it to her. I did that and she never responded to my email. I left several messages to call me back and the receptionist was only interested in making sure I already paid the $25 consultation fee. Three times I followed up and never any response. So many attorneys out there, this place should never get any business ever again. DO NOT go for their little petty $25 scam.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Elizabeth is VERY money hungry and seems to be all she cares about. You are also told one amount as what fees are and once you pay that, they need more money to continue the case. Didn't even finish our case for us. Not very ethical. Also charges finance fees on balances, just in case that is never told to you up front.

With Bensinger & Weekes I've found representation I can be confident will always put my best interest first. Attorney Reinhart and staff's professionalism and true compassion through my case made the whole experience as stress free as possible, under the circumstances. Thank you to all!!

Paid $25 for a consultation. Never got a callback or response to my message afterwards. Wasted time and money.
