When a person hires a professional in any capacity, he or she should reasonably expect the professional to act in a manner consistent with the nature of the legal industry. They should not engage in practice that compromise the reputation, privacy and ethics of the clients. I had the same expectation when I dealt with Susan Grauer – family attorney from Denver. A client should be able to rely on their attorney. Unfortunately, this is not the case with Susan Grauer. My reputation and financial standing were harmed as the result. Attorney Grauer engaged in unethical, unprofessional conduct by misrepresenting facts in Court and by using the unethical and yet, illegal practices, perhaps under expectation that it would work, but it didn't - it resulted in substantial financial damages and loss. Susan Grauer maybe good for a simple uncontested divorce, but I would NOT recommend her for a more complicated case, which requires professionalism and high ethical standards.

I completely disagree with the previous poster. I consulted Susan regarding my annulment case, which, up until that point, I had done all of the work on myself. Susan was happy to review my paperwork and in the end told me that she couldnt, in good conscience, take money from me because I had everything handled very well on my own. She also gave me lots of good advice at no cost. I have used attorneys in the past who were very happy to take my money and do very little to get me my desired result. It was a refreshing change to speak with an attorney who respected the fact that I had already done so much research and rather than discouraging me "because all of the rules and statutes are very complicated and the court system is difficult to navigate", she sent me away with a renewed sense of confidence.

I would NOT hire attorney Susan Grauer. She is a RIP OFF Unethical, greedy for money she is not interested to settle cases, rather cause issues between parties to her own benefit. Attorney Susan Grauer used unethical techniques, did not communicate properly about the issues and brings twisted facts to drain more and more money from me. She had narrow knowledge of the matter, that she was “trying” to resolve. If you have excessive cash you can hire lawyer Susan Grauer, because she will do anything to make any simple case litigious to earn more money from you. I would never recommend attorney Susan Grauer to anybody, especially because of her ethics and professional misconduct.
