This attorney should be disbarred. He has no real clue what he is doing In the court room. I had hard evidence of a police report showing my innocence of a false TPO my landlord took out on me because she was upset I was breaking my lease. This attorney never allowed me to bring up the police report. He didn’t even subpoena the police officer to court. The officer even had body cam footage that there was not any reports of assault. I called the police to ask the landlord to stop coming to my door and banging on the door. A week later the landlord said I hit her. Yet she never told the officer that same day I called the police. I had to move within 15 minutes based on a false TPO accusation. I could have represented myself. The judge even said he was confused. Run away from this lawyer. He doesn’t know what he is doing. I would have won the case defending myself. Run and take my advice. Contact me I’ll send you proof of my claims. He lost an easy case. He has a very weird way of seeing things. He doesn’t agree with the judge on 3 different times I had to appeal the case . He lost. I had already gave him several thousands of dollars. RUN

Mr. Carlton was friendly, but we were unsure if we were dealing with him or a secretary from the responses we received, as they would be one-sentence replies, improper grammar, etc. We were shocked that our filing was handwritten and not typed. It wasn't even easy to read as I would categorize it as chicken scratch. We had to conduct weekly check-ins to get the status of our landlord-tenant dispute case, which took a year and a half. I previously worked as a judicial secretary, so I had some familiarity with legal filings. In one instance, we were sent someone else's case information. I would not recommend his service unless you want to do most of the work yourself.
