Attorney Todd Hull made my security clearance suspension process easy to understand and skillfully guided me about what I should do. Mr. Hull helped me by reviewing the Adjudicative Guidelines and explaining the clearance suspension process. Attorney Todd Hull was awesome to work with. I was facing a suspension for an extremely minor offense, which was also my first ever disciplinary issue. Could not put a star lower than one, this company ruined my life. I did the research and handed them a simple case of gender discrimination with documented federal felonies, and they still could not win my case. The main federal felony was a voilation of 18 USC 1001, falsifcation of federal documentation. The specific lie was being terminated using 5 CFR 213.3202, what it should have been was 5 CFR 315.804/805 what confuses me is how did federal employment attorneys did not know this? What really confuses me is the fact that Virginia attorneys have to take an oath of office Virginia law Title 54.1 section 54.1-3909, that states:...that I will suppprt the Constititution of the United States and the Constititution of the Commonwealth of Virginia....... How is falsificaton of official goverment documentation supporting the Constititution of the US? Since allowing federal felonies to occur is not supporting the US Constititution why did Berry and Berry violate their oath of office with my case?
