We used Attorney Goines for a legal issue. Unfortunately the reason for the 2 star was because we had a question about our bill that we were not clear on. Ms. Tice called and was very rude. Her tone was nasty and she also hung up the phone on me at the end of the call before letting me finish. Clients have a right to ask questions about a bill that they don’t understand. We didn’t expect any free service. I just wanted clarification of a bill. She took offense to it and her tone and attitude when she called was very disappointing. She needs a lesson in customer service. Not friendly and she had an attitude the entire time she spoke to me. There is absolutely no reason for this. Mr. Goines was kind but he should know how she treats clients. I work with all types of people and have never treated anyone the way she treated me. Totally uncalled for. Not to mention the attorney stated that he would be able to help us and as soon as he got all the paperwork and looked it over he said it was just too much to deal with and told us there was nothing he could do. They took our money claiming they could help us and then turned around and no longer wanted to help us will not be back at this place and their staff especially the receptionist is not professional not friendly stay away from this place

Father paid to have will and property deeds created which was completed. When I called (less than a minute conversion) and asked one question, after my father's passing, I was changed a fee for the lawyer to say everything was in order. Just what I wanted in dealing with everything else.

Doug has been great! Very knowledgeable. Glad I have his expertise during closing on our SBA loan.
