Bill Butts Law Office

Charged my client a large up front fee to do a guardianship. Then did not show up to any court dates and lost contact with them all together. My client had to get another attorney involved to do his job. This was a guardianship case and I was hired to sell the home of a dementia patient. His assistant Suzanne is confused and think shes the attorney and wouldnt let me talk to Bill. Also questioned the closing date. I sent all necessary information over. They also argued the sales contract closing and acceptance date where wrong. Overall this costs my seller client an extra headache and couple months of rent because we were not able to close until guardianship was handled. Suzanne also tried changing an extra $500 on an 1.5% interest rate every day after closing they tried to take this out of my clients closing profits when this is litterly a personal injury attorney and has nothing to do with real estate sales whatsoever. That money they tried taking out of the sales proceeds is all going to fund an elderly dementia patient to stay in an assisted living phacility. Very preditorial overall.

I hired Bill to represent me in a family law case. When I called his office ask them for look up a court order date for me, his secretary Suzanne refused to help me. When I told her I needed to know the court order date as soon as possible, she said "I'm not going to argue with you" I would recommend hiring any other law firm except this one!
