Mac is a pathetic attorney. He rarely returns phone calls, emails, and text. He lied multiple times regarding filing documents just to appease me in the moment. He will tell you what you want to hear, but once you sign the agreement, he is lazy and worthless. Don't waste your money!!!

The receptionist is so incredibly rude. I called and my phone got disconnected so I had to call back. I was trying to simply get a case number. When I called back I was nervous and scared already because I didn’t want to upset anyone or anything and the lady starts yelling at me and says I don’t have time to sit here and play games with you I have lines ringing over here and I was like excuse me? Are you serious right now? Why would I be playing games this is a very serious matter. Than she hung up on me. I’m like balling over here in tears I can’t believe how aggressive she was all because I accidentally pressed a button on the phone with my face. Like seriously? So call back and tell her like hey I still need these case numbers and she is like I’m going to tell you them one time and one time only with a disgusting horrible attitude And than she asked if I was ready and I was like I was ready last time you hung up on me. She gives me the case number and than I asked for her name and supervisors information and she hung up on me AGAIN!

Mac did an amazing job for me during my divorce and I try to give his name to anyone I know with legal issues!!

Highly recommend! Mac is great- he explains the process and follows up regularly. He really cares about you & your case.

Dan Bina, needs to be investigated on his cases, doesn't inform client on what he's doing or even tells the person what's going on at all, if I could give a negative 5 stars would be my rateing for Dan Bina, the best I could describe Dan Bina is a scam artist, that discriminates against the clients he's sappose to be helping , I would never suggest hiring Dan Bina or letting him represent you in any court proceedings, for example he told judge in the court room at the desk that I wanted an Alfred plea, not once did he mention to me on this or explain what a Alfred plea was ,when I asked him in front of judge what an Alfred plea was he told me just be quiet , i had absolutely no idea what an Alfred plea was tell well after court when I had to look it up on the internet on my phone. he had me plea guilty to a felony flee police charge that was completely false, there was not one piece of evidence one ever happen cause it never did, ,there is no way I would ever have taken the Alfred plea if I would have nowing what it was , which Dan Bina never once mentioned even the word Alfred plea to me before sitting directly infront of judge. Then after i looked up on my phone what an Alfred plea was, i repeatedly told dan bina i wanted that alfred plea removed , there is no way i agree to it!!! And according to dan bina every time i told him i wanted that alfred plea denied, what do i have to do, file , etc to get that done his response was there is nothing that can be done, filed to change anything, He needs to be disbarred, and charges for discrimination against him.why has he not been investigated on all the corruption with the court cases he's handled. DO NOT LET DAN BINA SIT IN A COURT ROOM ON YOUR BEHALF FOR ANYTHING!!
