Please do not waste your money or time using this firm. They will take what they can then drop you as quickly as possible due to "conflict of interest" leaving you to find a new attorney. I spent over 13k, my lawyer left the firm in the middle of our case, Black and Graham promised to appoint a new one but then found a loophole to drop me stating 1)conflict of interest 2) no other attorneys available in their office with the time/expertise to help me in my family law case. literally 13k down the drain leaving me to start over. PLEASE PLEASE heed my advice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Payed over $8,000 and had to fire my attorney before I even had a court date. Spent 5 months without seeing my child and my attorney from Black & Graham didn't even think to file a temp custody order. My new attorney filed a temp order immediately and I had my child custody in place that month. Not to mention that my attorney from Black & Graham failed to communicate important events on several dates, failed to explain that I needed to schedule my witnesses leaving me one weeks notice to do it. Absolutely Horrible

I wish I could give Negative stars, I had a straight forward case and Graham dropped the ball. Graham took on my case a couple of years ago, I was a single father with stacks of evidence including photos of burns that my ex-wife left on my son, audio recordings, please reports, etc. I saw lots of good reviews but the couple negative ones turned out to be the most honest. In the beginning he really appealed to me by telling me about all of the cases he had won and selling me what I wanted to happen on mine. When it came time to start working on my case I quickly found out that Graham was a lot more talk then he was capable of acting on. We had a CFI assigned to work our case, I had never dealt with the CFI before and was on sure of what to expect. One would think that their attorney would attempt to prepare them for what might come up however not this attorney, it was quickly evident that I was a paycheck and not a father fighting for his son. I confronted him after he told me to “just accept their proposals,” Graham quit shortly after abruptly and over email. He told me that he didn’t want to work on my case any longer and then tried to ask for several thousand dollars more. Please think twice before coming here, if you do end up hiring Graham then be Conscious of how much effort he invests in your child’s future, if it’s not the amount you think your family deserves then don’t let Graham continue to fall short of you and your children.
