We went to Brian to obtain help on my various immigration processes. Despite being in my home country at the time, I was able to correspond with his team easily through email and get all the paperwork that was needed, done. They have always been patient with me - answering my millions of questions and dealing with my procrastination. Brian does a good job in preparing us for the interviews too. Even through the pandemic while not being able to meet in person, we were able to have a meeting over the phone. Overall, the team has made my journey easier.
