Mr. B is excellent at grasping the essentials of a problem and mapping out a plan. COVID presents challenges but Mr. B continues to communicate effectively. He talks with the people he needs to talk with. He files the things that need filing. He follows up. Mr. B is blunt, well-versed, experienced, and cares. He has given our daughter her life back. Her initial crime was idiotic trust. Then she compounded it 10-fold with blind but undefeatable confidence. We assumed she was doomed to pay an extremely high price for her naivete.
