This was my first visit to Hohenstein & Schwartz Dentistry, as I just recently moved to Tucson. People don't usually describe going to the dentist as a fantastic experience, but in the case, it truly was. The staff were all very pleasant and professional and made me very comfortable to be there. Hygienist Julie was great, very friendly and very good at her job. And Dr. Greg Schwartz was super as well. Very friendly and low-key, he talked to me like an old friend. I highly recommend this Dentist office to anyone looking for dental service.

We just moved in the area a year ago.I’m truly happy with my of dentist.Dr Hohenstein, he is an outstanding doctor. He is personable, caring, and excellent manners, takes the time to explain things in a way for you to understand. The hygienist is amazing Tracie. She’s knowledgeable, thorough, and matriculate. I can tell she truly loves her profession . The front desk is also friendly and efficient. Overall a true delight experience in Dr Hohenstein and Schwartz.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hohenstein for years. He is an excellent dentist who truly cares about his patients. He is good about talking you through any complex procedure to ensure to alleviate any anxiety and he is very personable. He gives you plenty of breaks during the procedure so you are not overwhelmed. My last crown was not only painless (didn't even feel the needle from the numbing meds) but I also never smelled that awful smoke smell from your tooth being drilled. I had no pain during the procedure nor the next day. Dr. Hohenstein personally followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing. I highly recommend this dentist as he checks all the boxes you would want as a patient (professional, compassionate, personable and well-experienced).

In mid-March I had a crown slip off a tooth and due to health issues of my longtime dentist, my appointments with him to replace the crown were cancelled 3 times. I am a cancer patient receiving daily radiation and chemotherapy treatments and therefore scheduling other appointments is very difficult. I called the office of Hohenstein and Schwartz and although they had not seen me before and their schedule was very full, they made an appointment to see me the very next day. I met with Dr. Schwartz. An X-ray was taken to be sure the tooth was healthy, he examined my teeth and he was able to replace the crown right away. Dr. Schwartz and everyone I came in contact with at their office was very helpful and extremely pleasant and I could not be more grateful and pleased with the treatment and help I received. I am planning to return to the office of Hohenstein and Schwartz for my future dental care.

Very pleasant staff from the time you walk through the door. The assistant was very accommodating getting my x-rays done. Dr. Xing was very informative on my options. Explaining everything and making me comfortable until I could get in to the oral surgeon. I would highly recommend this office and staff.
