I retained Mr. Smith for a family dispute regarding my step-father with Alzheimer’s. My siblings, namely my sister, we’re keeping me from seeing my father in his Alzheimer’s facility. Suffice it to say, the family dispute was from generational trauma that my siblings chose to act upon me. We contacted Robert Smith to represent my husband in court and litigate some tickets that were issued from an accident. He wanted a flat fee up front which we paid right away. He was going to contact the court to request a trial, then meet with us to prepare. When we didn’t hear from him, we called and he said he’d follow up on a court date, and get back with us in 24 hrs. It has now been weeks, and he has not answered calls or responded to voice mails left for him. His office number was temporarily disconnected as well which was a bit disconcerting. He completely and suddenly just stopped responding. Run don’t walk from this person!

When I tell you this man will FIGHT for you ???? He is fair on price, especially considering how much he actually cares! I'm still shocked at how he handled my case. Not only that, he knows I have severe anxiety and catered to that (constant contact, reassurance, etc.) Whether you are on a budget or not, call him. He got me results that I didnt even think were possible!

Mr. Smith was incredibly helpful when I came to him with questions regarding a family law case. He was clear and conscise with his responses, and explained the legal documents and procedures to me in to me in a way that was easy to understand. I feel much more prepared to continue through this process from the help he has provided.

I came across this while searching for a Child Custody lawyer.I can't believe the low ratings. I haven't had the pleasure but I've heard only good things from someone Mr. Smith has represented. I guess you sure showed him by your low ratings. Go to a parenting class and change your attitude . Saving children from living with a parent who won't take care of them rates 5 stars in my book!
