Would stay away. Apparently, if you get a consult and don't use them they bill you for time without an engagement letter. Then they attempt to get a default judgment. So if you want a $1,200 consultation from an attorney is said they were about to retire then by all means reach out. nnUpdate - their response is inaccurate . I stand behind my review. They aggressively pursue you if you don't retain them. In addition, they bill for time prepping for consultations even before they are engaged, which is embarrassing. If you need to prep for a consult, you need another profession. Seems to me like a bottom rung firm, even for family law. As someone who hires attorneys regularly in my day to day business, their behavior has been outrageous and would strongly advise you seek counsel elsewhere.
