Originally I was working with another individual with the firm. I received no feedback from this individual, so I reached out to David Lewis. Mr. Lewis and I spoke over the phone and I explained the frustration I had with the firm. He ensured me, going forward, that I would receive more correspondence. Since that day our conversations have been vis email. However, he has constantly kept me in the loop with the process of the case, emailing me weekly with updates, even if there were none to report.
