Darrel J. Bostwick, Esq. is the Attorney who created the firm Bostwick Law, PLLC. He apparently owns Bostwick & Price as well. Darrel appears to deal as a representative in "Bankruptcy & Debt, Government, Industry Specialties, Estate, Accident & Injury" issues. He is an expert in many of those things because he has caused many of those very thing's to happen. If you want an attorney who will look the other way whilst you break the law, Darrel is a wonderful choice. If you want to be a partner in a law firm but also want to embezzel money, perfect choice, just ask him for a job interview! Darrel J. Bostwick, Esq. has no ethical compass nor a desire to do the upstanding or remotely honorable thing. He has never been found in possession of any scruples, nor has he been caught in telling a truth. Just ask the multitude of people who worked with and for him. There is nobody he will not help lay down in the street and then get behind the wheel and drive the proverbial bus right over. The name "Price" belongs to, Jeffrey Price, Esq. who now practices in, Tyler Texas, or near there. Darrel looked the other way while, Jeffrey Price imbezzeled an enormous sum of money. Much of that money was spent at top-less bars and on his mistresses. All the while a secretary of their's also imbezzeled an enormous sum of money. However, Jeffrey Price was already bleeding the business dry so nobody who had access to the books knew someone else was draining the account's also. Darrel J. Bostwick, Esq. knows all about debt and bankruptcy because he has caused it and he has allowed to happen in many ways. One way he did do was a catastrophic finacial and personnel collapse at the original Bostwick and Price Firm sometime around 2006-07. Darrel, for some reason, refused to report Jeffrey Price, Esq. to the Utah State Bar or the police or the feds. He wouldn't bring charges against Jeffrey or the secretary who combined stole well over one million dollars, closer to two million. One can only wonder how that happened. Did he participate? Unfortunately only he knows. What else would poses a man to let far over a million dollars to be stolen without batting an eye and reporting it to nobody? Not only did he watch others break law, he unethically participated in over billing and wrongfully and unethically billing clients for time. Example: Darrel is at lunch and a client's name comes up in passing conversation, or Darrel just thinks of a client's name, Darrel, now will bill that client for the lunch and the time spent at lunch. Example: He also would bill people that were not his client's if he brought their case up with the person whom actually did represent them. The greed, arrogance, self-importance, scoff-law, and destructive nature of his truly was/is a sight to behold. The situations he has created over time are similar, I would think, to having an airplane pilot who thought he could blow hard enough to keep the air plane in the air after he himself destroyed the engines. The thought process involved in such a feat as that would be perplexing, ridiculous, and disastrously destructive. Likewise, with Darrel J. Bostwick, Esq. it is similar.
