Updated 3 years later still an awesome guy. Richard has been very helpful with my case. I didnt know where to start with my complaint and he helped me file the correct paperwork for my claim. He listened and was helpful, he even made suggestions on what else to do and gave me forethought of the what ifs that could happen in my case in the weeks and months to follow.
