My experience with Brian Roark was one of ongoing deception on his part as he conspired against me as his client and continually conspired with the charging entity against me. His lack of communication and outright dishonesty throughout the entire period of legal proceedings became evident and he intentionally kept me in the dark not sharing facts of the case with me and allowing law enforcement and district attorneys to withhold evidence within my case. This individual can not be trusted.

Brian Roark was deceptive and and dishonest while representing me. He rarely shared information with me relevant to my case and actually covered the evidence page while having me sign disclosure documents. Don’t believe these reviews as this was not my experience. Don’t let the nice suits and slick rhetoric fool you.
