Bruce bounds is a snake oil salesman not a lawyer. He will tell whatever is needed over the phone to get your money and then won’t return phone calls or even give you a mandatory breakdown of the hours billed. He simply copied and pasted a contract and used 3-5 hours of time, billed at 200-400 an hour but took all of the 2500 dollar retainer. He refused to give me an hourly breakdown or even return my calls. The only call he returned was to my credit card company to lie again to try to keep my entire 2500 dollar retainer which he was successfully at. He has a huge contract he has you sign while telling you complete lies over the phone.STAY AWAY EVERYONE!!!!!

Cristy, the paralegal who works here in my opinion needs to find another line of work. She’s messed up documents, needing to have things be signed over again, falsely setting up expectations and just plain rude in some instances. She will tell you one thing and then turn around and do something completely different. She’s insinuated accusations that me or my family have done which is resulted in processes being delayed which turned out being a lie. She’s a realtor who sold our house yet managed to never show the house one time even though we repeatedly asked her to be there. She’s done nothing but cause negativity amongst our family and infighting. It’s a small office and unfortunately you will be forced to work with her if you come here. Bruce is a nice guy, but unfortunately hard to reach since he’s the lawyer. I recommend not using their services until she’s removed.
