Mr. Foreman helped me finish up on a negotiation on a house I owned it went pretty care free since I had done all the negotiating just needed him to make it legal. I call him for a second matter which I needed him to overlook a commercial lease. We talked for about 60 seconds when he became very rude and told me to drop off the lease so he could look it over when he got back into town the next day. I call and ask were to drop off lease and he leaves me a vmail about not being able to look over the lease. Everybody has there right but don't tell someone to do something and 2 days later you decide it's not for u. I could've had that lease looked at 2 days ago, in business hours count especially in the real estate deals with deadlines. Thanks Foreman.
This attorney is the worse attorney I ever had, however, I advise you not to hire him. He was suppose to expunge my case which still shows up! I was doing his job half the time, and he practically gave some of my money to the government. And he charged me more than everyone else, and I still had to technically do half of the things on my own. I advise you not to hire him as a lawyer. He was supposed to argue and respond to the case within 21 days, and he forgot, which is literally a bad lawyer not on his p's and q's. And that was one of the reasons the government was still able to take my legal tax paid money. DON'T HIRE HIM AS A LAWYER! Jone Rockcherile
I personally watched Cary Bowen "defend" a client of his. He literally sat at his table with his arms crossed the entire trial. Not once did he say anything. What kind of attorney doesn't speak up even once?? Terrible.
Mr. Bowen is the man!! Best lawyer in VA hands down!!
