He walked us through the process and told us what to expect. During our mediation, Michael shared his thoughts on what he thought was taking place in the other mediation room. Sure enough, he accurately predicted the ultimate outcome and settlement amount. He knows the law and I'm so glad he was on our side! Michael Bracamontes and his staff are truly great at what they do. My wife and I were involved in a dispute with our ex-landlord and Michael saw us through the process from beginning to end. They were dependable and made themselves available whenever we needed anything. We also appreciated the direct approach given, and the feeling like we were fighting for this case together. Michael had our complete trust, all the way down to accepting the settlement - he knows what he is doing and has a great skill in making sure we understood the process before, throughout, and after the case.
