We hired Vicent Tucci to defend my son in a felony DUI. It was one of the scariest times in our lives and Tucci was amazing through it all. My son did everything that Tucci recommended and we patiently went to court month after month while Tucci worked it out with the DA. At the end of it all, we settled and got the very best outcome that we could have imagined. The sentence was 270 days (no State time) and due to the alcohol scram that Tucci told my son to get, he received 204 days credit towards time served and only did 48 hours in custody, after the case was settled! God is good and so is Vincent Tucci! I highly recommend him!

I don't know were to start but Mr Tucci was professional at all time he dint let me by my self he was by my side every step. If any one reads this let me tell you I was being charged of HIT AND RUN, RESISTING ARREST, and my B.A.C was .15 I was on some serious charges but Mr Tucci took care of it and I dint had to go to court and he got those charges dismissed. In this law firm you will get honesty and professionalism at its finest. His fees are reasonable and he will work with you. If you get a cheap lawyer you will get cheap results you cannot go bad with MR TUCCI

Wish I could say something good, however Tucci hung up on me mid-call before hearing about my situation. During the call, someone walked in the room that I didn't want hearing about my case and I said now wasn't a good time to talk. While trying to find a good time to call he said "Don't worry about it" and hung up. Lacks professionalism and gets easily irritated.

Brilliant Lawyer!!! Not only once, but Two times! He saved my life 8 years ago, and he just saved me again today. (and were not talking a single DUI either) This is a stand up guy who just gets better and better with time. He is so talented communicating to everyone at all levels in the court room from top to bottom. His actions speak as loud as his words. He doesn't sugar coat anything, so you just need to hang on and let him work. I can't thank him and his staff enough Two TIMES!!!!
