He was very honest even when it wasn't things I wanted to hear. But was willing to fight for me no matter what route I decided to take. We had pretrial 4 weeks later. Reached out to attorney Lee Potts one night regarding a dissolution inquiry late 2023, not expecting to even hear back from anyone. Ironically, he quickly responded (within the hour) and asked if he could call me the following night- a Saturday. We spoke and set up an appointment the next day, a Sunday to start the dissolution process. Yes, a Sunday! We started the ball rolling within 24 hours of my inquiry! Now, less than 90 days later, the dissolution is final and everything went according to plan. Lee is casual, professional, transparent, direct, ethical, honest and trustworthy. He treats you like a normal human being without using legal jargon. Just focus on the client and get it done. I appreciate that too. I will be contacting him again this year (2024) for a trust or will.
