I had a bad experience at our Albertson Grocery store. I opened one of their freezer doors and it came off of it's hinges do to age and gave me a bad gash on the front of my leg. Had to go to the emergency room and six wound clinic visits that they did not want to pay for. I didn't break their door, their door broke me! I had to get a lawyer for help and Brad Harr at Injury Smart law was great! I just wanted my medical paid for and he got me more than that! Thank you for your help! You were AWESOME! I don't understand why any store would not have medical insurance for customers who get injured in their store. Especially, if all you are asking for is for them to pay for the medical care of the injury caused in their store due to their faulty equipment!!!
