Nathan is a nice guy. Knows his work well. May be a great buyer attorney but poorly presented as seller. My frustration was: 1. It was closing day and I had no idea what to expect. What time is closing? Do I bring keys with me? What documents do I bring? Will I be able to access property after? 2. Poorly explained settlement statement. (Still have to take care of funds issues with property management and contractor) 3. Funds were not wired the same day. 4. Entire 5K of allotted closing credit used and no breakdown provided. 5. Seemed like no interest in saving the seller funds. We closed as buyers with Kehl Culbertson LLC two week before and it was night and day difference. This was our first buy and sell maybe this is normal. Wishing everyone the best.
We are very displeased with our closing process. They were delayed in the closing several days due to not receiving the information they forgot to request from the buyers mortgage company. We found out last minute and it caused alot of frustration. When we went to the closing we were unable to even see the buyer due to the covid situation and the closing attorney was wearing a pink face mask with gas safely filters and black latex gloves. It was a little much. I know you need to be careful but this was taking things way too far. Never again. I'm glad its over!
Great firm and great attorney! They had all their ducks in a row and I closed on my mortgage in less than 15 minutes!
Had a great experience with Nathan Williams with a smooth closing and look forward to another transaction with him!
I was helped by Danny Hoyt. He was very helpful and responsive through email. He answered all my questions and even referred me to other services for land.
