Initial communication and service seemed good. As things progressed the communication became non existent. Took over 60 days to close on a lien free property which seems a bit excessive. Will use a different title company next purchase…not impressed with First Texas Title.

Excellent title company, we have used them for 3 or 4 transactions. Never a flaw. Simple' friendly and professional.

We’re closing on a house but the lack of communication is a problem. We have not been updated on the day of closing even though our realtor has emailed a few times. Home buying is a very stressful process and unfortunately they are not making it any easier.
