Definitely not the experience I was hoping for, since the buyers choose and I represented the seller. This firm just didn't have it together and, still after closing, they couldn't disburse my check correctly. Creating yet another lengthy issue. It baffles me when they had clear instructions from my firm on disbursement. Just a dissapoinment. With so many choices, this one is not on my list to refer. Sorry. **UPdate**: Although we had a cluster and all people make mistakes, I highly resepct the fact that Jamie Kosofsky reached out right away to learn of the issues to help make the process better next time.
