A waste of time using this firm. Do not give him a retainer you will be sorry. You would be best advised to use a lawyer straight out of law school then using Arthur. I have been in many situations thru my life in all phases of legal issues including divorce. By far the most incompetent I dealt with. Go with your gut feeling. It tells you to run then do so.

Horrible! Demands money but you don’t see where your money is going. Don’t waste your time or money.

Brandt took $5000.00 to defend me in a criminal case. Told me he would run an investigation. Finally gets evidence from the Prosecutor. Guess what the Evidence is not even from my case. Now it is too late for Brandt to get my case info. I go to trial at his urging and wind up with 15 year sentence. Don’t trust and don’t hire. AND YES HIS NAME IS ARTHUR BRANDT IN STUART FLORIDA!

I couldn't ask for someone better to handle my case. If I need to know something about my case, Mr. Brandt or his staff were there to answer any questions or concerns I had.
