I’ve written this review In regards to Brandy Daswani’s professional manner as a guardian ad litem for the child custody case for my son. I had a very exceptional experience with Mrs. Daswani over the past year, I did not feel like she was being opinionated or one sided throughout the process. She continued to show a professional, appropriate and all around outstanding attitude handling the duties of her position. I did not feel that I was being judged or that I was going to be treated less than the other parent. (Especially, being the dad in this situation) She did not hold either parent to a certain manner of state over the other but instead continued to take factual information about our sons best interest at all costs. The final report that was decided upon her overall experience and circumstances were all based off of the sole objective of what was best for my child. This was a very contentious situation and I truly feel that the guardian was very fair with her statements and gave us what she truly felt was the best for a long term relationship to continue.

As a father, I had an uphill battle getting my kids out of a toxic environment where my ex-wife was actively alienating my children to the point where I was losing communication with them. Brandy was appointed to be the Guardian ad Litem to investigate my case. When I was searching for the right legal representation, every attorney knew Brandy and had high praise for her. One lawyer told me that if Brandy is involved, you better be in the right. She comes to trial prepared, documented, and fully investigated. I found this to be true. Throughout the two year investigation, it was clear that she was focused on the best interest of the children. I don’t know if anyone else could have sorted through the complexity of my case. Brandy thoroughly investigated the evidence to separate information from misinformation. She interviewed school teachers, family, friends, doctors, and my children. My case was very complicated. Even though the alienated children signed affidavits to live with their mom, the courts recommended a change of custody. Brandy handed down a very comprehensive and detailed report to the court. Even though the evidence spoke for itself in the end, I wasn’t sure where Brandy would stand in her recommendation until she was called to testify in the temporary emergency custody hearing. She doesn’t show her cards and did not take sides until she finished her investigation. My children were found to be in a mental health crisis, and as an alienated father, I felt hopeless to save my kids or our relationship. Because of the care and hard work of Ms. Daswani, I was able to see an amazing turn around that I didn’t think was possible. I will always be grateful for the dedication she showed to my children.

A corrupt attorney, has had numerous Bar Association complaints against her. Clearly she feeds off GAL work because she can’t hack it in the real world. She believes she knows what is best for other peoples kids yet can’t take care of her own. She has hired Nannie’s with drug problems to take care of her own kids. Substandard attorney and another airbreather of a human. She is also being investigated by news outlets for corruption. Standby for updates.

Mrs. Daswani was my attorney on my divorce. She came highly recommended to me by several other attorneys, a former governor and a judge. She was extremely knowledgeable, unbelievably efficient and my biggest advocate throughout my 3 year divorce. We had the first hearing and we won. Then my ex-husband got a new lawyer, we had the final hearing that was 9 days, over 6 months (due to complexity and judge's calendar) and we won again. She is aggressive when needed and compassionate as it relates to children. She always had my son's best interest as priority, although she was not my GAL. I would highly recommend her services.

I have nothing but good things to say about Brandy´s work. Beware of people who did not get things their way and are not able to separate their emotions from reason and come here to bad mouth highly capable professionals. Thanks to Brandy´s detailed investigation, I was able to have my family back together. Things were very difficult and my case required a lot of work and special attention and Brady was able to keep track of everything and always knew exactly what was going on. She showed herself to be very well informed about everything at all times and our communication was easily done. Brandy always answered all my messages promptly. She heard my son, spoke with my current wife and relatives from both sides and when we spoke she had a Bible thick binder containing all kinds of information and seemed to be extremely organized. If you ever have Brandy assigned to your case, rest assured that she will seek what is best for your child. Outstanding work!
