Called in a panic 4 days prior to closing on some property after another law firm I was working with started to ignore my attempts at communication. Natalie (lawyer) called me that day to go over the documents I wanted reviewed/amended. This was followed by a call from Marcy (paralegal) to gather more information and request I send her certain documents. Natalie then called me (after normal business hours) 2 days before close to do a preliminary review and clarify some points. She wanted to make sure she had everything she needed prior to writing the final document. I had a revised working document the next morning - one day before close. Highly recommend Braun & Gresham.
