I would think twice about using her. My case to extend my tpo and contempt was destroyed. She did not represent me she represented the other party. Now my life has been in danger. I am still constantly stalked, harassed and treated. By the other party because of her lack of caring. She did not even read the documents and evidence I sent her more than twice, nor did she ever speak with me before the court date.

Her firm filled out paperwork wrong, told me she filed the paperwork in February but really didn’t until April. She didn’t respond to a 15 day letter from yeh courts. I had to call my self and go down and fix her mistakes my self and pay for it. She didn’t answer any of my questions and wouldn’t respond to my emails. It took 2 months to get any answers. I had to fire her. So if you don’t like dropping money on someone who doesn’t pay attention to your case and is to busy for your then avoid hiring her. Her paralegal is also very unprofessional as well.

I was referred to Emily by a family friend and it was the best thing that could’ve happened to me.
