Brent Mako Real Estate Group is our Landlord (Gold Medal Gymnastics - Smithtown) and is a pleasure to deal with and work with on property and building issues. They are always responsive to requests and expeditious with providing work that may need to be done. As a Landlord Brent Mako was also very understanding and supportive during our State Mandated Closure and also as we began our return to business after being shut down by New York State during the Pandemic.

Tek-Vac has been leasing space with Brent Mako for almost 30 years. Everyone that works there that I've been in contact with has always been helpful, understanding and fair. I would recommend anyone looking to lease space to contact them. You won't be disappointed.

Our business has previously leased a unit from Brentmako real estate group and unfortunately I will never recommend this management firm to anyone. Will Kogel, the Vice President is extremely egocentric. He would routinely send us passive aggressive emails and threaten to terminate the lease during the COVID pandemic when our business was at its most crucial growing stage. This is a firm that changes face when you sign the dotted line, to kick you out and sell the lease when the cost of real estate goes up. There are plenty of other real estate management companies who better deserve your business.
