This man was incredibly rude to me. I walked into his office right before noon. All I needed was some information, I only had a couple of questions that maybe would have taken 5 or 10 minutes of his time at the most. When I politely asked him if I could have a few minutes of his time to answer a couple of questions for me just so I could have a better understanding of extradition rights in Florida. He abruptly told me “no, we will be taking lunch in a minute.” (Wasn’t nice to me at all, he didn’t apologize or explain that he was going out to lunch and wouldn’t be able to help me right this moment, his tone of voice was just very entitled and condescending) I’m sorry but if I was interested in hiring his services and if answering those questions for me could have helped me potentially become a client for him, then if I were him, I would have not minded taking such a short amount of time out of my day to help a young lady. I was appalled by just how rude he was because even in my profession no matter how I feel about a client or even if a potential client, my attitude toward them will always stay polite, professional, most of all respectful. Which of course, he was not.

A great honest place for everyone. Brett was a great person and knowledgeable of our needs. Will go back again if we need anything!!
