Beware , this lawyer comes across as quite charming. However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind: 1. When you engage in a conversation with him, please be aware that he won't immediately reveal his hourly rate of $400. This situation can make you uncomfortable about not wanting to pay for his consultation at the end. 2. I provided him with a contract to review, and he requested a retainer before addressing any questions about the contract. Initially, I genuinely believe he didn't thoroughly examine it, as he missed a detail on the contract that I had to correct him about. Furthermore, his input on the matter amounted to essentially one sentence, something I could have easily found by searching online. This was information he had mentioned prior to even reviewing the contract itself. He ended up not responding to my questions from the contract
