Absolutely horrible experience, my aunt paid Bart $20k up front to take care of an estate and this attorney totally stopped in the middle of the process. Bart will not return phone calls, messages or emails. Our only option at this point is now to contact the Bar Association and have them step in. We honestly wish Bart would just do the right thing and communicate with us and finish the job he started.

What a terrible experience and treatment we received from Bart Brink. I hired this attorney in 2021 to draft a Power of Attorney for my elderly father. Initially, things seemed to be prompt and on track. In 2022 I reached out to him for a copy of the POA and he promptly replied the same day. However, when I reached out just recently for the original document, which we have never received, Mr. Brink went completely silent. Despite my numerous attempts through emails and voicemails, over the course of a month, there was no acknowledgment or reply. None whatsoever! I am out of the state of Florida, so I had to hire another attorney to contact him and get an answer for me. Imagine that. It's quite surprising; one would expect a higher level of communication and professionalism from someone in his position. A simple explanation would have sufficed, but dead silence? That's a terrible and disrespectful choice, Mr. Brink.
