Highly recommend Mr. Hopkins. My custody case was put on the back burner and neither parties attorneys cared to close the case after paying thousands of dollars in attorney fees. I requested to have my case transferred from Jefferson County (the other party resides) to Breckinridge County (where I reside). I found Mr. Hopkins office on Google. He got my case closed within 3 months! We had exceptional experience - one that is extraordinary, unusual, and goes above and beyond the typical or expected. Mr. Hopkins rates were so much more affordable, he was very open in communication (all you have to do is call the office and MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to have a face-to-face conversation on the status of the case/follow up after court hearing), and he responded to my emails (if not the day of within a few days). There are many ways of communication other than a phone call and voicemail. The office staff has always been professional and friendly. We have never had a bad experience. I would most definitely return to Mr. Hopkins if ever needed in the future. We appreciate all that he has done for us.

Stay away from doing business with this company. Heather is rude and unprofessional . Tom the attorney seems oblivious to what is happening. Total chaos of a title company

If I could give a negative star review I would. It has now a year and almost two months since he has been paid and the only thing that has came out of it was incorrect documentation filed with the court which also had a huge HIPAA violation with some random child's name, address and social security number that wasn't even our child. We don't even know who this person is. I will be reporting him to the bar association, I cannot believe no one has reported him yet for his lousy lazy service.

Met with Mr. Hopkins one time. When we decided to take action, we contacted the office, left voicemails, spoke with the secretary, even scheduled a meeting (only to be told he was not available) and still have not received a call back. Very disappointed in this firm as time is of the essence.

Mr. Hopkins was very attentive and took the time out of his day to listen to me about my problem. The office staff was very nice. My first impression is they are nice people with the knowledge to make the right decisions. They came highly recommended. Thank you.
