Jennifer was appointed as a GAL for my special needs son custody case. Over two years she did very little to learn facts and to properly do her investigation. By the end of her final investigation report contained of all made up allegations, lies and assumptions on her behalf. She accused me of having a child out of my marriage in the report which was a complete lie. My attorney had to clarify with a letter to the judge because it was too late to amend Jennifer’s report. Every time during the investigation she never remembered important details and emails I had sent her. I will tell you that every invoice was always sent numerous times from her office to me. Unfortunately she got paid for her very unprofessional job done. If she is appointed to you by the court I’d ask for another GAL. She doesn’t care about these children and comes off as clueless and only in it for the money. By far the worse GAL I’ve ever had to deal with.
A very professional, family-built office. They were very kind and showed much compassion towards my case, making sure that I didn't get lost along the way.
