I hired Anthony Baker because he worked at Bryant Law offices and Bryant was a good lawyer. He was to represent me for a divorce that my ex husband filed for, I also asked that he file for me to have custody. I let him know I had already had child support set up. When I went to court for the divorce in a different county (due to where my ex husband filed) the judge told me that he could not grant me custody and that it should have been set up where my child support was set up at. When we left Anthony Baker told me this was correct and he would file for custody of my kids. After a year of him not doing so, I called the court where I set up my child support and the judge told me no that it was supposed to be done where I had my divorce done at. So I filed with my own money a custody hearing in this other county. The county notified Anthony and he showed up to this hearing. The judge at this county stated again they could not grant me the custody because it must be done at the same county where my child support was set up at. Anthony again tells me that is true and that the judge where I had my child support set up at was in the wrong. He then told me not to worry about a custody hearing because its not like their dad would ever want them seem's how he is hardly getting them at that time. What should have happened was he should have filed a counter suit on my ex when he filed for the divorce. Then he should have put in motion for us to redo the child support and to set up custody. He didn't because he is lazy and he has ran Bryant Law Offices into the ground. Now I have to find an a real lawyer who will actually do their job so that I can make sure I have custody of my children because I need to have a will set up just to make sure that they do not go to their dad the addict. Moral of this long story...Don't look for any help at this office. Tony is a big joke.

I hired Tony for a grandparent rights case. He assured me that we would win the case and not to worry and then on the day of the trial he told me that I would not win and that I needed to agree to visitation terms. I felt so off guard and I chose to go to trial and he didn't even try to represent me. The whole time he set there and let the other lawyer and the grandparents walk all over me. Of corse the grandparents won their rights and when I tried to contact Tony to appeal he never returned my calls. I would never hire him again for anything. He didn't deserve a dollar for doing absolutely nothing for me.
