Do not recommend! Little to no communication. Failed to file paperwork. Handed case over to next guy and then he quit on me !

Do not use Randall Morrison!! He is now in this office. We hired him for a custody case over a year and a half ago, paid him in full up front which was our first mistake..He drug his feet because of “Covid” and couldn’t even get us a court date until a year after he was hired. He waited so long they moved the case to a different county 4 hours away and he doesn’t travel that far! Which is understandable but he would not return any of our money so we could hire someone who would. He literally did NOTHING for us but kept all of our money and now we still have nothing and are out almost $4,000. Worst Lawyer I’ve ever had. Highly recommend going elsewhere. They are also terrible with communication!! They leave you hanging for months without telling you anything that’s going on. Mainly because they weren’t doing their jobs in the first place.

Good attorney but very pricey. Be aware of what he’s charging you because our representation cost us double what he took our case for and did not fare as well as we should have in court. We should have won hands down with the other party representing themselves with no attorney. Oh and he fails to mention that Should you need a question answered and have to call his office that each call is 60.00. Nice guy to work with but expensive.

Beware of this place. This place will not file the proper paperwork. They do not know what they're doing. They are just rude disrespectful unprofessional. They just need to take 2 weeks off and go out of business And let the professionals do their jobs.

Communication terrible , if your from out of state beware , didn’t do what they said they would. Believe their all in washing each other backs . Couldn’t be more disappointed with out come , been better off defunding oneself.
